How far in advance should I book?
Book 7–10 days ahead for local moves, 2–3 weeks for interstate, and 3–4 weeks during peak season (Oct–Jan). For urgent moves, we accept bookings with 24–48 hours' notice subject to availability.
Do you do a free home survey before quoting?
Yes. For all significant moves, our consultant visits your home or office for a free pre-move survey before providing a binding written quotation. This ensures accuracy and eliminates surprises.
Are my goods insured during transport?
Yes. All goods are covered by transit insurance as standard. For high-value items, we can arrange comprehensive insurance covering the full declared value. Insurance is active from the moment goods are loaded until delivery.
Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. Our team arrives with all packing materials — double-wall cartons, bubble wrap, foam padding, stretch film, tape, labels — everything needed for your specific move. Packing material cost is included in our service quote.
Can I track my shipment in real time?
Yes. Once your goods are in transit, you receive a GPS tracking link via WhatsApp and regular status updates at key checkpoints. Your relationship manager is also reachable by phone 24/7 during the move.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, cheque, and cash. GST invoices are provided for all corporate clients. A small advance is collected at booking; balance is paid on delivery.
Do you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Our crew handles complete disassembly and reassembly of modular wardrobes, beds, tables, chairs, shelving, and other furniture. Hardware is labeled and kept with the corresponding furniture item.
What if something is damaged during the move?
Report damage within 24 hours of delivery. Our team inspects and processes compensation under our transit insurance policy. We also conduct a joint inventory check at delivery — so any issue is identified immediately, not days later.
Do you move on Sundays and public holidays?
Yes, we operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including Sundays and public holidays. Weekend and holiday slots may book up faster, so advance reservation is recommended.
Can I be present during packing and delivery?
We strongly encourage it. Being present allows you to supervise packing of valuables, provide specific instructions, and verify inventory at both ends. If you can't be there, an authorized representative can oversee on your behalf.
Do you provide part-load / shared truck service?
Yes. Our part-load (LTL) service lets you share truck space with other consignments — ideal for smaller moves or single-item transport. You pay only for the space used while receiving the same packing and tracking services.
Can you shift a piano or heavy safe?
Yes. Pianos, heavy safes, marble slabs, large sculptures, and other specialty items require specific equipment and techniques. We have the tools and experience — hoisting equipment, reinforced dollies, and trained rigging specialists — to handle these safely.
How do you handle electronics like TVs and computers?
Electronics are packed using anti-static foam wrap, original boxes where available (or custom-sized foam-lined boxes), and clearly marked "Fragile – Electronics." TVs travel upright, never flat. Computers are packed with drives secured and memory modules protected.
Do you offer packing-only services?
Yes. If you want professional packing but are handling transport yourself, our packing-only service is available. Our team visits your home or office, packs everything using premium materials, and creates a detailed inventory — you take it from there.
What's the cancellation policy?
Cancellations 48+ hours before the move: full refund. Cancellations within 24–48 hours: partial refund. Same-day cancellations may forfeit the advance. Rescheduling is always free with 24 hours' notice, subject to availability.
